The Lewter District is anchored by the historic Lewter Hardware Company store. Emergent Properties undertook a full historic renovation of the structure to create downtown’s premier dining destination and to continue the story of this iconic building. The ground floor restaurant opens to an outdoor dining courtyard and the upper level will host the regional offices for RNGD Construction.

We are thrilled to welcome Brick & Tin to downtown; the acclaimed restaurant will elevate Huntsville’s dining scene and be a major draw for the district.
